SilverMist Photography Order Forms

Hello Everyone, all registered players will receive an individual & team photo. SilverMist Photography has several 

options for orders of photos above what is included with your registration fee to purchase. 

Hello Ramara Soccer Club Families and Coaches.  

My name is Corrina Reid and I will be your team photographer this year.   I have attached a sample poster and order form for this year’s Parent Package options. They include trendy and personalized options along with classic print packages. (Please note that samples are for reference only and all options will be customized for colour and sport and personalized when applicable.  

The Memory Mate is an 8x10 print and is framed as a sample only).

Please look over the attachments to select your favourites.  Once you have decided please print the order form and complete it prior to picture day.  Then just bring it along with payment to your scheduled time slot.   It would be very much appreciated if you could provide an exact cash payment with your order as it will greatly speed up the ordering process both on picture day and print lab orders.  We can also accept e-transfer (corrinareid@icloud.com), cheque (payable to: C. Mazurkiewicz) and credit (based on internet connectivity) but please note alternative payment methods may cause delayed delivery of your packages while the transaction clears.  

Your packages will be available on August 13, 2022, at your end of season wrap-up.

We will have a table on site to submit your orders and answer any questions you may have.
